All art is categorised according to availability, artworks are listed as buy now (can be purchased immediately), example, reserved (may be in a exhibition or temporarily unavailable) commission (a similar piece is available by commission) or sold, if you need any info on availability contact us

Paying by Credit Or Debit Card
Most artists accept payments by credit or debit cards securely online via PayPal online payments service provider, the payment will be made through the secure online payment basket provided by PayPal. If an artist does not accept paypal you can either place your order through the site by clicking on Buy offline at checkout or contact the artist to arrange your purchase
Click on the buy now buttons to add the item to your shopping basket, you can add multiple items to your basket, click on Basket at the top of each page and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase, click on Checkout to place your order and pay online direct to the artist securely through paypal, you will be sent an order confirmation email
You will see that the page is secure as it will have a padlock and the URL of the website address will begin with https://www and not http://www. PayPal is extremely safe to use, any information you give is encrypted to ensure your details and important information cannot be intervened by any unauthorized third party. We at RiverArt or the artists do not have access to any credit / debit card details. Visit www.paypal.co.uk for further information or contact us if you need any further info.
Paying by cheque or other offline methods
Click on the buy now buttons to add the item to your shopping basket and follow the onscreen instructions, click on Buy Offline to place your order, the artist will contact you so you can send your payment by cheque or postal order direct to the artist, you will be sent an order confirmation email
Delivery
The artworks are sent by Royal Mail or courier, direct from the artist, delivery is normally within 2 - 10 days, you will be contacted by the artist with delivery details after you have made a purchase, or contact the artist for details of their despatch and delivery times
Delivery Cost Click on the delivery option for your location (if no delivery options are listed delivery to the UK is included, unless otherwise stated) (if you require delivery to an International destination & it is not listed please contact the artist before purchase for a delivery quote)
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase and would like to return the art for a refund or exchange please contact the artist, send an email or telephone as soon as possible, please make sure the art is in it's original condition and return within 14 days, it's safer to send the item by an insured service with proof of posting in case of loss or damage, the artist will contact you on receipt of the returned item and issue the refund, or an exchange if preferred, refunds are less delivery costs unless the item has been damaged in transit
Commissioned Art Returns
Please contact the artist if you are unhappy with a commissioned artwork
In case of damage in transit
If in the unlikely event the parcel arrives damaged please sign as 'unchecked' and if you can see that the artwork has been damaged you should refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged' and contact us asap, we will send you a full refund including delivery costs, please retain the original packaging to facilitate a claim with the courier.
Artwork images
The photos of the artworks on this site are provided by our artists who take care to accurately show the artworks, please do take into account different monitor settings which may alter the colours slightly and compression of images, if you would like to see higher resolution or more detailed photos we would advise that you contact us or the artist to ask for additional images or more info if required on the art you are interested in purchasing

Artists retain copyright to their own work at all times, unless they have granted in writing their permission and terms to use any of their images. All images and text are the intellectual property of the individual artists and may not be downloaded, copied or reproduced in any way without the permission of the artist, any infringement of these rights may result in legal proceedings
